Please AGREE the terms and conditions before ordering.
1) Customers are required to place orders via e-mail.
2) Order-confirm info will be sent to your e-mail account within 48 hours.
3) Payment first, then delivery.
4) You can pay after the order is placed or after the order is confirmed.
5) For shipping cost, please check it with us via e-mail before you make your payment.
6) For payment, you can make your full payment with PayPal or bank it in our CIMB bank account.
7) Please do e-mail us if you want to back out of your order BEFORE the payment. We do not blacklist buyers. Much appreciated!
8) No cancellation of order ONCE payment is being made.
9) All prices are excluding postage unless stated.
10) Items sold are strictly non-exchangeable and refundable.
11) Colours of the clothes may vary slightly due to lighting set-up when photos are taken.
12) We are not responsible for any lost mail through normal mail. Hence, we strongly recommend to send items by registered mail. Should there be further enquiries, please do not hesitate to e-mail us at inbornbeauty@hotmail.com
13) Items are all being inspected before sending out. We are NOT responsible for any damage of the item thereafter. Please handwash your items to avoid discolouring. STRICTLY NO REFUNDS MADE.
14) We try to provide 100% good products and expect long-term cooperation.
15) All items here are not second-handed. They are with tags on and without tags on. Items come directly from the supplier.
16) Terms and conditons are subject to change without prior notice.
17) You will be able to receive your order within 15 to 20 working days after your payment with PayPal or bank transaction payment is done (Saturday, Sunday and public holidays are not included).
18) We are NOT responsible if you transfer to the wrong bank account. Please indicate your reference number and the date of payment after you have transferred.
19) No swaps. No negotiation of price.
20) Please only make your order if you have agreed the terms and conditions.
